Modern elements, such as grey brick, a floating glass-railing stairwell, and simplified interior millwork, seamlessly coexist with traditional design elements.

Upon entering, the interior unfolds to reveal 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 5,500 sqft of living space. Highlights include a spacious kitchen, formal dining and living areas, an office/study, and a butler’s pantry. The baseboards and casings showcase a backbend detail, ensuring a seamless transition between the two moldings. Wide-format hardwood flooring and muted ceiling details infuse a sense of modernity into the traditional design.

The exterior of the house extends its functionality, integrating a two-car garage, exterior pavers, and sitting areas complemented by a gas fireplace. Situated on a narrower 50-foot lot, the house maximizes the utility of the space, catering to the essential needs of the residing family.
